well, the inevitable has happened. It's hard for me to admit, and I am still struggling to come to terms with this, but I felt that my loyal reader(s) should know what I'm dealing with right now.

My parents have joined Facebook.
WHY GOD WHYYYY!
But here's the dilemma that I now face: they have Friend Requested me. Now look, my parents are awesome, they fucking rock. I share a lot with them, what I do, where I go, shows I see, people I date, blah, blah, blah. But having them have an inlet into my life via the interweb, I don't know if I want that. I don't need them to see the wild pictures that I put up (or ones of me that are put up and tagged), my wildly inappropriate sexual references or anything that falls out of the boundaries of things that you would normally share with your parents.
Is is wrong to not accept their friend request? Do I accept them and just give them extremely limited profile access? I mean, I am friends with a significant amount of my cousins on the book-o-faces, and I don't mind them seeing what it is that I do or what I'm up to (I'm the fun gay cousin who lives in NYC! Wheee!), but giving my parents this little window into my world, that's a whole other cuppa noodles. Any thoughts or suggestions on this people? I can use your help!
